The messy middle is the material

It is tempting to wait until a project looks certain before talking about it. Certainty makes the story cleaner, but it removes the part other builders can actually learn from.
LifeQuest is still becoming. The product direction will change as I test it. Some assumptions will be wrong. That is not a weakness in the story. It is the story.
Build in public, with standards
Building in public does not mean publishing every thought. It means documenting useful decisions honestly:
- What problem am I trying to solve?
- What did I believe before the test?
- What did people actually do?
- What will I change next?
This creates a better personal brand because the content has a source. The work produces lessons, and the lessons help people understand how I think.
I do not need to perform success. I need to keep becoming someone capable of creating it.
